Whole Life Planner was created by Dominic Labriola over a journey of self improvement that began in 2007. At his lowest, Dominic went from having been one of the most successful real estate agents in his town to losing everything when the real estate market collapsed. His dad got Lymphoma and Dominic ballooned to almost 250 pounds. He felt fat, broke and depressed.

Since then, Dominic has literally turned everything in his life around with the help of dozens of amazing people who he considers his mentors and through being aware of a daily practice that he tries to complete as fully as possible each day to help him become more successful, happy and experience a better sense of balance than he’s ever felt before in his life.

The Whole Life Planner is the tool that Dominic has created to help him incorporate that daily practice into the fabric of his life.

 

So How Does It Work?

 

At it’s core, the Whole Life Planner is a series of daily spreads which allow you to identify your Top 5 priorities for the day and other to-do checklist items for your day. Each daily spread includes a section to track fulfillment of daily habits that you’d like to incorporate into your day - some habits like meditation, gratitude, journaling and reading are already printed in the journal in case those are some that you’d like to try to incorporate, but it also leaves you room to identify any others that you might like to try to add to your life. Each daily spread also includes an hour by hour planner to track appointments and time-block for other important moments in your day. Additionally, a section for “activities” lets you track anything you’d like. For Dominic - he finds it valuable to track any physical activities or workouts in this section. Lastly, a section for tracking the nourishment of your body through food and water helps you to see if your diet and hydration are on track.

Stepping back from that - a number of different elements for life planning are built into this book to help you live a more successful balanced life.

A Whole Life Self-Evaluation Exercise helps you identify where you may have room for improvement in your Personal, Professional and Financial life.

An Imagination Workshop guides you through the process of creating a vision board to help you envision the dreams for your life.

Each month, you’re provided with space to journal about your Burning Desire, what is “it” that you want to achieve?

A monthly Goal Setting & Action Steps section gives you the room to identify up to 5 Personal, 5 Professional and 5 Financial goals you may want to achieve and a few action steps that will help you get closer to achieving those goals.

In the middle of each month, a couple of blank pages are included as Space & Grace providing some breathing room for you to do whatever you’d like - it’s amazing what a little free space will help you dream up or create.

Lastly, at the end of each month a section for Reflections gives you some space to reflect on how the last month went - How has your burning desire been fulfilled or changed? What successes in the last month would you like to celebrate? What are you grateful for? How did you give back? What did you learn?

Whoah - All this sounds like a lot!

THERE IS NO RIGHT WAY OR WRONG WAY TO USE THIS PLANNER

Use it as much or as little as you like.

The sections are there for you to use as YOU see fit. Remember, healthy living is about balance - an earned harmony of the mind, body and spirit. The goals you set and the steps you take toward your desires will reflect this balance, setting you up for a sustainable and, most importantly, an enjoyable sense of success.
